摘  要:采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱以及紫外可见分光光度计,对酸性蒸气蒸煮热磨法制造无胶纤维板过程中,不同阶段的木质素的变化进行测试分析。结果表明:酸性蒸气蒸煮热磨法制造无胶纤维板过程中,酸性介质的加入,对木质素有着重要影响;酸性介质的加入,使木质素侧链发生变化,活性羟基增加,有利于无胶纤维板的自生胶结。With the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spec- troscopy (FTIR) and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer, an experiment was conducted to characterize the morphological characteristic of the wood fiber at the different stages in the manufacture process of the binderless fiberboard by steaming hot-milling technology in the acidic steam. In the manufacturing process of binderless fiberboard by steaming hot-milling technology with the acidic steam, the addition of acidic medium has an important impact on lignin. The addition of acidic medium can change the lignin side chain and increase the amount of active hydroxyl groups, to be beneficial for self-bonding of the binderless fiberboard.
