摘  要:以木刨花和活性炭的混合物为表层材料,制造三层结构的刨花/活性炭复合板,分析复合板中活性炭和木刨花的复合状态、板材物理力学性能、复合板对甲醛气体的吸附和解吸及再吸附特性。结果表明:活性炭质量占表层刨花质量比例在0.1%-0.5%范围内,刨花/活性炭复合板的内结合强度、静曲强度、弹性模量、2h吸水厚度膨胀率等物理力学性能,均较未添加活性炭的刨花板略高,且当活性炭施加量为表层刨花质量的0.3%时.其复合板的物理力学性能最高;随活性炭施加比例的增加,复合板对甲醛气体的净化能力增强,当活性炭质量占表层刨花质量的0.5%时,其净化值为1.159mg·m~·h~。对刨花/活性炭复合板材的电镜图像以及相应位置的能谱图像表明,活性炭与木刨花经热压形成复合状态。对刨花/活性炭复合板进行解吸和重吸附试验.证明板材重新释放的甲醛量较小;当空气中甲醛质量浓度较大时,板材对空气中甲醛的重复净化性能依然良好。With a mixture of wood particles and active carbon as surface materials, the experiment was conducted to manufacture the activated-carbon/particleboard composites with a three-layer structure and study its composite state of activated carbon and wood particles, physical and mechanical properties of the composites and the performance of adsorption, desorption and re-adsorption to formaldehyde. The weight percentage of activated carbon accounting in wood particles surface is within 0.1% -0.5 % , the physical mechanical properties of the activated-carbon/particleboard composites including internal bond strength, modulus of rupture, modulus of elastic and thickness expansion rate of water absorbing in 2 h are slightly higher than the plate without adding activated carbon, and when the weight percentage of activated carbon is increased to 0. 3% in wood particles surface, the composited plates have the highest physical and mechanical properties. With the increasing of the percentage of activated carbon, the purification ability of composite plates to formaldehyde is getting stronger. When -2 the percentage of activated carbon is reaching to 0. 5% in the wood particles surface, purification value is 1. 159 mg · m · h-1. By scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and EDS, the activated carbon and wood particles can form a composite state through hot-pressing. By testing the desorption and re-adsorption of the activated-carbon/particleboard composites, there is small content of re-release of the formaldehyde in the air. When the formaldehyde content is high, the repeated ~urification performance to formaldehyde is still good.
