摘 要:为研究新的小型多功能集材机的主参数,运用层次分析法进行优化选择。在林区调查和采集了作业对象和作业环境的数据,然后对集材机作业进行受力分析,计算出主参数的参考值;运用层次分析法建立了层次模型和判断矩阵,从而对主参数的参考值进行优选。最后,初步选定了集材机主参数,包括牵引力36~40kN、功率45~55kW、速度范围1.8~42km/h、运载量2.1~2.5m^3/次、自质量4000~4500kg、额定装载量1500~1800kg、最大插入力6.2~6.7kN、推土量0.30m^3、卸载高度3.2m。The experiment was conducted to study the optimal main parameters of new small muhifunctional skidder by Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with the data of operating object and environment in forest region. The mechanical analysis mod- els were established, and the reference values of the main parameters were calculated. AHP were used to compare and an- alyze the reference values by constructing hierarchy and comparison matrices. After optimal selection, the main parameters of the small multifunctional skidder were initially selected, including the rated traction force of 36-40 kN, the rated power of 45-50 kW, the speed of 1.8-42 km/h, the per-trip loading weight of 2.1-2.5 m3 , the skidder weight of 4 000-4 500 kg, the rated loading weight of 1 500-1 800 kg, the maximum insertion force of 6.2-6.7 kN, the bulldozing volume of 0.30 m3, and the unloading height of 3.2 m.
