摘  要:在5A06铝合金中添加微量稀土元素Er,通过拉伸试验、金相组织观察、SEM扫描等手段,研究了稀土元素Er对该合金微观组织和性能的影响。结果表明,添加w(Er)=0.3%元素后5A06铝合金铸态组织被细化,且第二相以在晶界偏析为主,在晶内也析出少量的细小球形Al3Er粒子;轧制后H116状态的5A06铝合金板材的强度提高80N/mm2以上,而伸长率降低38%。The effect of trace earth element Er on the microstructure and property of 5A06 aluminum alloy was studied through such testing means as tensional test, observation of metallographic structure, SEM scan after 5A06 aluminum alloy had been added the trace rare earth element Er. The results show that the structure of the 5A06 aluminum alloy as-cast with was refined after it was added 0.3% Er, and the majority of the second phase is the grain boundary segregations, at the same time within the grains occurs small quantity of A13 Er particles in the shape of fine balls. The strength of the 5A06-H116 aluminum alloy plate af- ter rolling was increased over 80 N/mm2 ,while its elongation was lowered 38%.
