摘 要:目的:探讨生物共振治疗系统对儿童变应性鼻炎变应原检测的意义及对儿童变应性鼻炎的治疗效果。方法:选取我院变应性鼻炎患儿105例,随机分为治疗组55例和对照组50例,使用生物共振治疗仪进行变应原检测。治疗组给予生物共振治疗包括淋巴排毒-脱敏治疗-变应性鼻炎治疗-支持治疗-对症治疗-经络调节,对照组使用抗组胺药物、白三烯受体拮抗剂及鼻用糖皮质激素联合治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前、治疗1个疗程及6个月后主要症状评分、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:生物共振仪检测变应原阳性率依次为尘螨、花粉、动物皮毛、细菌、霉菌、杀虫剂、海鲜、水果、化妆品等。治疗组生物共振治疗前与治疗1个疗程及6个月后的症状评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗前后症状改善比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访2年,治疗组显效43例(78.2%),有效9例(16.4%),无效3例(5.5%),总有效率94.5%,与对照组显效率及总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:生物共振技术对儿童的变应性鼻炎在检测及治疗上的优势为检测范围广,无创伤及痛苦,依从性好,治疗安全有效,虽不能阻止全部病例复发,但可以取得较好的近期临床疗效,并对复发病例可重复治疗,几乎无不良反应,是治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的新选择。Objective:To explore biological resonance therapy system for detection of allergen in children with allergic rhinitis and its clinical efficacy. Methods: In our hospital 105 cases of children with allergic rhinitis were selected, and divided into a treatment group with fifty-flve cases and a control group with fifty cases. The treatment group received biological resonance therapy which included lymphatic detox, desensitization therapy, treatment of allergic rhinitis, comprehensive treatment, and meridian regulation. The control group was used antihistamines, leukotriene receptor antagonist and nasal corticosteroids. The main symptom score, clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were compared before treatment, after treatment for one course and after six months. Results: Allergens detected by bio-resonance instrument were pollen, dust mites, animal fur, bacteria, mold, pesticides, seafood, fruits, cosmetics etc. Compared with the symptom scores before treatment, the differences were statistically significant after treatment for one course and after six months in the two groups ( P〈0.05 ). The improvement of symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment had no significant difference ( P〉0. 05 ). After two years' follow-up, forty-three cases (78.2%) were markedly improved, nine cases (16.4%) were improved, and three cases (5.5%) were ineffective; the total efficiency was 94.5% ; compared with the control group markedly effective rate and total effective rate had no significant difference ( P〉0. 05 ). Conclusions: The advantages of bio-resonance technology in the treatment and detection of children's allergic rhinitis are safe and effective with wide detection range and good compliance, and without trauma and pain. Although it cannot prevent all recurrence, the recent clinical curative effect is good. The repeated treatment for recurrent cases has no adverse reaction. It is a new treatment option for allergic rhinitis in children.
