摘  要:目的:探讨本院NICU新生儿尿路感染的菌谱及药敏特点。方法:将100例新生儿尿路感染的细菌按革兰阴性杆菌及革兰阳性球菌分类,研究菌谱分布情况及各致病菌药敏结果。结果:革兰阴性杆菌以大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌为主;革兰阳性球菌以屎肠球菌为主;药敏结果显示革兰阴性杆菌对氨苄西林普遍耐药,对美罗培南及第四代头孢菌素均较敏感;革兰阳性球菌对万古霉素均敏感。结论:新生儿尿路感染菌种有变化,革兰阳性球菌有上升趋势,各菌种均出现耐药增加情况。Objective:To explore the bacteria spectrum and susceptibility characteristics of neonates with urinary tract infections in the NICU. Methods: Bacteria from 100 cases of neonatal urinary tract infection were classified into negative bacilli and positive cocci. The distribution of the bacterial spectrum and pathogen susceptibility results were studied. Results: The major negative bacteria were Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae. The major positive cocci were Enterococcus faecium. Drug susceptibility results showed negative bacillus were generally resistant to Ampieillin, and sensitive to Meropenem and the fourth generation cephalosporins; positive cocci were all sensitive to vancomycin. Conclusions: Bacteria in urinary tract infection of newborns are changed. There is a rising trend on positive coccus infection, and the rates of drug resistance are increased.
