摘　　要：教风、学风、考风是一个学校全体师生员工在追求共同目标时长期努力而形成,并反过来影响自身言行的一种有特色的、具有典型意义的学校风格。通过明确学风观测点和指标,设计出科学、全面的调查问卷,真实、客观而全面地掌控高校的学风状况。Teaching spirit,learning spirit and testing spirit not just are the general goals formed in the process of a school staff and students making afforts, but distinctive typical styles of school affecting one＇s own words and actions. It is a meaningful work to control the study situation in colleges ohjectively and comprehensively through determining the observation points amt measures and design scientific and comprehensive qucstiannaires.
