摘　　要：本文在收集大量实船资料的基础上对空船重量与重心位置进行了统计分析 ,并提出设计中初次近似所采用的建议值。作者还就固定压载进行了讨论 ,提出固定压载与 B/ d值有关 ,在正常情况下 ,固定压载为 5～ 10 %空船重量 ,作者还指出 ,围网渔船由于甲板机械较多 ,网具较重 。In this paper, On the foundation of a great many data of existing ship collected by authors, weight of light ship and height of center of gravity are analyzed, and that the value of suggestion is given by authors. The discuss is executed for fixed ballast and authors point out that the quantities of fixed ballast are relative to ratio of breadth draft. under normal condition, the fixed ballast is 5～10% of light ship's weight. Authors also point out that there are many deck machine and the net is weightier for seiner, hence, the fixed ballast is larger.
