摘　　要：糖尿病神经病变,周围血管病变及伴随的激发感染造成糖尿病足病变,称糖尿病足,本病发生在糖尿病的中晚期,此时病情较复杂,属于维吾尔医"消渴+脱疽"的范畴,和传统中医理论相似。本文采用了传统维吾尔医的四大"何里提"学说和体液学说的辨证法,消渴病分为血液质内混合黑胆汁质、黏液质内混合黑胆汁质、胆液质内混合黑胆汁等三型。方用滋芽比体汤1、2、3号,调节"何里提"及活血通脉,化瘀通络,滋阴凉血,补肾固精法的内服药物;采用敷贴法及浸泡法等外用药物达到破血去腐,生肌,活血散结,消肿止痛的目的。同时结合现代医学的适时开放创口,充分引流等治疗方法,取得较满意的效果。The diabetes nerve pathological changes and around of blood vessel accompanying infection causes the pathological changes call Diabetes Foot, this disease occurs in the middle later period of diabetes that rather complicate, And traditional Chinese medical theory is similar to the category that Uighur doctor belonging to the ＂thirsty ＋ sphacelus＂, This paper has used traditional Uighur medicine ＂Hilit of four＂ and dialectical theory of body fluid, diabetes divide into three type that blood nature mixed into black choler nature, phlegm mixed into black choler nature, choler nature mixed into black choler nature etc. adjusting ＂Hilit＂ with diabetes soup of number 1.2.3, and Use the applying plaster method and soaking method of the external medicines that Combines at the same time timely wound being open of modem medical science, fully drainages etc the various methods curing, obtains more satisfied efficiency.
