摘　　要：目的:四象体质的鉴别方法之一是根据填写的体质鉴别表而进行判断其象,但常常出现难于判定的现象。检测该辨象标准对本国人的象识别准确度,是对提高朝医辨象质量具有重要意义。方法:以健康人1000名为对象,通过填写辨象设问表及专家研讨的方式进行辨象,并对设问表中每种选项的选择率进行统计学分析,研究影响鉴别四象的因素。结果:选项特点:大多数选择"容貌表情、汗液"中的B(太阴人特征);"步态、目、二便"中的C(少阳人特征);"易患病症"中的A(太阳人特征);"鼻、性情、性质、嗜好"中的他象特征(P<0.05)。阳人在"体型、肌肉"、太阳人与阴人在"口、耳、声音"选项中,选择无特异性(P>0.05)。"呼吸",选项不全,参考价值不大。结论:实验结果表明:一方面部分鉴别标准选项无特异性,另一方面志愿者因自我评价五官容貌特征能力有限而失于客观性,再者限定的人群中出现答题局限性,需要进一步探索具有客观性从而反映本象的特征,并符合年龄特征的辨象标准。Objective ：To fill in the discriminating table of traditional Korean Medicine is one method of differen tiating types of Sasang, however, when the type will pens for experts difficult to determine. In that case, clearly ascertained with the contents filled in, it often hap to check how Sasang discriminating criterion is available and accurate for Chinese is very important to improve traditional Korean Medicine. Metbodc： By filling in the question table about ph are differentiated, and natmg choose ang） ; ysical status and experts studying and discussing, the types of Sasang 1000 healthy people each item arranged in the table is statistically analyzed to probe into effective -discrimi factors. Result： During selecting A, B, C or D of characteristics about certain physical status, most ： Q）about facial expressions and sweat ： B （Taiyin） ; about gait, eye, urination- defection： C （Shaoy- about easily - caught sickness： A （Taiyang） ; about nose, temperament, nature, habit： other types of Sasang （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; ② about somatotype and muscle in Yang and about mouth, ear, noise in Taiyang and Yin ： no specialty （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; ③ Respiration has little reference value because of incomplete option. Conclus Experimental results ： on the one hand, there is no specificity about some of Sasang - discriminating criteria ; on the other, it is lack of objectivity because some volunteers have a limited ability to describe self - facial ion d ap pearance ; and more, there are answering limitations because of limited number of volunteers so that it is necessa ry to probe further into Sasang -discriminating criterion, suitable for certain humang age. which objectively reflects characteristics of Sasang and
