摘　　要：微生物油脂作为生物柴油的重要潜在原料,越来越受到研究者的关注。本文以DWPI数据库和CNABS数据库中的检索结果为样本,采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方式对生物柴油技术领域中微生物油脂的专利技术进行统计分析,从相关专利申请的时间分布、产出区域分布、目标市场分布、技术分支等多个角度,梳理了生物柴油技术领域中微生物油脂的专利申请和专利技术状况,为国内申请人进一步开展技术研究和专利布局提供借鉴。As an important potential feedstock for biodiesel, microbial oils are gaining more attention from researchers. By statistically an-alyzing the patent distribution of microbial oils as feedstock for biodiesel in DWPI and CPRSABS databases, the paper summarizes current technology and development trends in this field, analyzes the status of research and patent application of the main applicants, and proposes the development strategy of microbial oils, the findings provide the patent layout and patent defense improving suggestions for Chinese ap-plicants.
