摘　　要：源于"人民主权"的民族自决权从政治信念衍化为国际政治准则,还进一步被旁支为民族政治的旗帜。根究民族自决权具有的政治价值与特定的时空限定,民族自决权应谨防被滥用。The national selt- determmauon ngm originated for ＂people＇s sovereignty litieal belief to international political criteria, and further was set as a flag of national politics. By making a thorough investigation on the political value and special restrietion in time and space, national self- determi- nation right should be controlled in prevention of abuse.
