摘　　要：随着北部湾国家战略推进实施,广西发展物流产业却越来越感到缺乏"内需式"的发展需求和发展动力,物流产业发展面临许多无奈,甚至陷入困境。针对当前的困局,结合广西和南宁市的新定位,运用大量的数据,对比分析,得出广西发展物流总部经济的比较优势不在国内,而在广大东盟地区的思路。同时,运用"总部经济"的理论,分析,广西南宁发展物流总部基地所面临的重大机遇与严峻挑战。With national strategic implementation of Guangxi Beibu Gulf, Guangxi logistics industry development increasingly witnesses lack of ＂domestic demand＂ development needs and momentum, which leads to helpless situations. In light of the present predicament, the article integrates the new positioning of Guangxi and Nanning and uses massive data to make a comparative analysis, which contributes to an idea that the comparative advantages of Guangxi logistics headquarters economic development lie less in China than in the ASEAN region. Meanwhile, the headquarter economic theory is used to analyze the great opportunities and severe challenges faced by Nanning development of logistics headquarter base.
