摘　　要：定位误差计算是保证机床夹具设计可靠性不可缺少的重要环节之一。从定位误差的产生机理出发,给出定位误差的计算公式;着重强调了尺寸链的理论在定位误差求解过程中的重要性;并举例说明尺寸链理论在定位误差求解中的应用。The calculation of position error was one of the most important part in machine tool fixture designing. For this purpose,the positioning error calculation formula was deduced according to the mechanism of positioning error,then the importance of the dimension chain theory was emphasized on positioning error solution, and an example was given to illustrate the application of the positioning error solution.
