摘 要:目的探讨虎潜丸干预对去卵巢大鼠骨密度和骨组织形态学的影响。方法将6个月龄的40只雌性SD大鼠随机分为模型组、雌激素组、虎潜丸组和假手术组,每组10只。确定造模成功后,虎潜丸组给予虎潜丸煎剂浓缩液灌胃,每天1次;雌激素组给予尼尔雌醇悬浊液灌胃,每周1次;模型组和假手术组给予蒸馏水灌胃,每天1次。灌胃治疗12周后,测量各组大鼠的骨密度及显微镜下观察骨组织形态。结果虎潜丸组及雌激素组与模型相比较,全身骨密度和腰椎骨密度都得到了一定程度提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),虎潜丸组与雌激素组大鼠骨密度相比较无明显差距(P>0.05),并能明显改善去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠骨组织显微结构的病理变化。结论虎潜丸对切除卵巢后所致的大鼠骨质疏松症模型有明显的改善作用。Objective To explore the effects of Huqianwan on the bone mineral density (BMD) and bone histomorphology in ovariectomized rats. Methods 40 6-month-old female SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups including model group, estrogen group, Huqianwan group and sham operation group with 10 rats in each group. After modeled successfully, Huqianwan group was given concentrated liquid by gavage once a day. Estrogen group was given nylestriol suspension once a week. Model group and sham operation group were given distilled water once a day. After a 12-week treatment, BMD was measured using dual energy X-ray absorptiometry and bone histomomholok, v was inve^ti^t~rl ,rod ;Results BMD in model group was lower than that of Huqianwan group and estrogen group (P〈0.05). But there were no significant differences between Huqianwan group and estrogen group (P〉0.05). Huqianwan and estrogen improved bone histomorphology in ovariectomized rats. Conclusion Huqianwan has an obviously improving effects on ovariectomized rats
