自拟杜桑山楂饮联合辅酶Q10治疗代谢综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟杜桑山楂饮联合辅酶Q10治疗代谢综合征的临床疗效及其对血脂、血压和血糖的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的代谢综合征患者60例,随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例。对照组予以综合行为干预措施,观察组在对照组基础上加服自拟杜桑山楂饮并联合辅酶Q10治疗,两组疗程均为8周。治疗后观察两组的总有效率,并比较两组患者治疗前后甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FBG)的变化。结果观察组总有效率90.0%,对照组为66.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组TC、TG、SBP、DBP和FBG均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),HDL-C较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组TC、SBP、FBG与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);对照组治疗后各项指标有所改善,但与治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟杜桑山楂饮联合辅酶Q10对代谢综合征患者具有良好的临床疗效,能有效改善患者的血脂、血压和血糖水平,从而预防心脑血管病事件发生,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of the Self-made Dusang Shanzha Yin combined with coenzyme Q10 in the treatment of metabolic syndrome and the effect on blood lipid,blood pressure and blood glucose. Methods Using a randomized method, totally 60 metabolic syndrome patients were randomized into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases. Patients in the control group were given comprehensive behavioral intervention, while those in the treatment group were given comprehensive behavioral intervention combined with Self-made Dusang Shanzha Yin （folium cortex eucommiae, folium mori, hawthorn, liquorice） and coenzyme Q10. The course of treatment was 8 weeks intwo groups. The total effective rate of two groups were observed after treatment, and TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, SBP, DBP and FBG of two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group, while it was 66.67% in the control group. There was statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. After treatment TC, TG, SBP, DBP and FBG of treatment group decreased significantly （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）, while the content of HDL-C rose obviously （P〈0.05）. Fu the mone TC, SBP and FBG of the treatment group were obviously improved, showing statistical diference when compared with the control group （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Though treatment group could lower LDL-C, showing no statistical diference when compared with pretherapy （/9〉0.05）. After treatment control group could lower TC, TG, LDL-C, SBP, DBP, FBG and elevate HDL-C,but showing no statistical diference when compared with pretherapy （P〉0.05）. Conclusion the Self-made Dusang Shanzha Yin combined with coenzyme Q10 has a good clinical effect in treating metabolic syndrome,and improve the level of blood lipid,blood pressure and blood glucose obviously.It can prevent the occurrence of cardio-cerebrovascular events.It is worthy of clinical promotion and Application.
