摘　　要：以宋芳屯油田南部区块为例,采用层次分析和模糊综合评判相结合的方法,对该油藏的水驱储量控制程度、水驱储量动用程度、可采储量、能量保持水平、能量利用程度、即时含水采出比、累积注水量、剩余可采储量采油速度、井网密度和注采井数比10项指标进行了评价,形成了一套水驱开发效果综合评价体系.评价结果认为该区目前水驱开发效果差,有必要进行井网加密及挖潜措施调整.Taking south Songfangtun oilfield as an example, this paper evaluates its 10 indices by using analytic hierarchy process （AHP） and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and then form a comprehensive evaluation system of waterflooding development effect. The 10 indices axe degree of water drive reserves control, water drive reserves producing degree, energy maintenance level, energy utilization degree, instantaneous water cut-recovery percent ratio, cumulative water injection volume, oil production rate of remaining recoverable reserves, well spacing density and injection-to-production-well ratio. The results show that the current waterflooding development effect is poor and it is necessary to take measures for well pattern thickening and tapping the potential.
