摘  要:研究了多阶多厂区情境下的需求关联多产品(零部件)多层供应链动态多周期的联合生产最优策略和条件.首先建立了刻画创新型产品多层供应链各节点之间的需求关联投入产出矩阵,为构造快速响应策略,以布朗运动描述各零部件的累计市场随机需求,构建了最小化含有随机干扰耦合和受控扩散过程的供应链网络系统运营成本目标函数模型.求解和证明得到使供应链网络的长期平均系统总运营成本最小化的最优联合生产控制策略及相应关键参数.文章进一步给出了各关键运营指标对系统参数的敏感度数值分析和变化趋势,指出该需求关联复杂供应链在最优生产控制策略下实现系统整体协调的关键.该研究将为后续具有关联需求复杂供应网络随机动态产量联合优化研究有一定借鉴,也对业务外包和新的产业分工下的供应链分散决策协调和优化有着一定的现实意义.It is one kind of very challenging problems that how to find a policy jointly optimizing dynamic production for a multi-item multi-echelon supply chain. At first, the input-output matrix is established to represent the demand dependence relationship among parts in nodes of a multi-echelon supply chain of an innovative product, Brownian motion is used to describe accumulative market random demand, and the mathematic model is proposed to minimize the operational cost function of network system suffering coupled random noises and controlled diffusion processes. The closed form solution of the optimal control policy is obtained to achieve minimal system operational cost. Furthermore, a sensitivity analysis and variety trend of key performance indices are given. The results are of practical significance for the supply chain coordination and optimization in the scenario of decentralized decision under outsourcing and new industry specialization.
