卡式配血法检测不规则抗体在临床医学中的应用

摘　　要：目的:应用两种不同方法对血液中不规则抗体进行检测,来判断微柱凝胶法的临床效果。方法:采用微柱凝胶法和凝聚胺法同时对130例血液样本进行不规则抗体的测定。结果:130例样本中有1例存在不规则抗体,占0.77%,两种检测方法结果相同。结论:卡式配血法灵敏度高、结果准确且稳定,更适合于标本结果的保存复查要求。Objective： Using two different methods for detection of irregular antibodies in the blood, to determine the clinical effects of micro column gel method. Methods： Determined irregular antibody by microcolumn gel test and polybrene method in 130 cases of blood samples. Results： We found one case of irregular antibodies in 130 samples, and accounted for 0.77% . Two methods for the detection are the same. Conclusion： Cassette blood matching has a highly sensitivity , accurate and stable. It is more suitable for specimens preserved review.
