摘 要:以高寒地区铁矿钻探施工项目为背景,采用压入硬度测试、摆球硬度测试、研磨性测试、微钻实验法和碎岩比功法等手段对矿区代表性岩石进行了可钻性分析。结果表明:新疆西昆仑塔县高寒地区地层岩性为中硬及以上的岩层,研磨性中等级以上。大部分岩心在金刚石胎体硬度为中软至中硬时,钻进效果较好。并在此基础上优选出的钻头在高寒地区适应性强,提高了钻头寿命和时效,可为同类地区的钻探施工提供参考。Rock drillability is the basis of choosing drilling technologies, bit type and structure, and drilling parameters. During the iron ore drilling project in alpine regions, we analyzed the drillability of representa- tive rocks in the ore district using the methods of penetration hardness test, ball pendulum hardness test, rock abrasiveness test, micro-drilling test, and specific work of fracture. The results show that the hard- ness and abrasiveness of formation rocks from the alpine region such as Taxian of Xinjiang (west Kunlun) is medium and above medium level. When the hardness of diamond drill bits is medium-soft to medium- hard, good drilling performances could be achieved. Selected drill bits on this basis had excellent adaptabil- ity in the alpine region with improved drill bit life and hour efficiency.
