摘  要:目的评估时空关联成像(STIC)三种测量技术,即虚拟器官计算机辅助分析(VOCAL)、反转成像模式(Inversion)、超声自动容积测量(SonoAVC),测量小于5ml的容积模型的准确性和可靠性。方法制作10个不同容积的果块模型放入果冻中,形成果块-果冻对比界面,模拟心腔-心肌界面。采集STIC容积数据后,由2名测量者独立运用三种技术进行重复测量。结果 2名测量者运用不同测量技术重复测量的差异平均百分数均<8%,变异系数(CV)均<5%,组内相关系数(ICC)均>0.95。SonoAVC技术测量时间显著少于另两种技术(P均<0.025)。结论 STIC三种测量技术测量小于5ml模型的容积具有良好的一致性和准确性。Objective To assess the accuracy and reliability of volumetric measurement using three different techniques of spatio-temporal image correlation (STIC) for in vitro models with volume less than 5 ml. Methods Ten fruit block models with different sizes previously measured were put into jelly to simulate fetal cardiac ventricular volumes. Volume measurement was performed by two observers independently by using virtual organ computer-aided analysis (VOCAL), inversion mode (Inversion) and sonography-based automated volume count (SonoAVC), respectively. Results Ten individual volumes were all analyzed. The mean percentages of difference of volume measurements were all less than 8%, all intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC) were more than 0.95, and all coefficients of variations (CV) were less than 5%. The time consuming for volume measurement with SonoAVC was significantly shorter than that with VOCAL and Inversion. Conclusion VOCAL, Inversion and SonoAVC are all reliable and accurate for volumetric measurement of in vitro models with volume less than 5 ml.
