摘　　要：介绍了PVA上浆对环境、节能减排、印染质量的影响,PVA上浆使印染厂污水处理成本大大提高。我国自主研发环保浆料的各项性能都由于PVA,不仅能完全取代PVA浆料,而且性价比已处于世界先进水平。为尽快推行环保上浆实现清洁生产、保证全面完成"十二五"各项指标,提出几点建议。The influence of PVA sizing on environment, energy-saving and discharge reduction as well as printing and dyeing quality is discussed in this paper. Using PVA sizing can significantly increase the wastewater treatment costs of printing ＆amp; dyeing plants. Domestically-developed eco-friendly sizes have better properties than PVA and world-leading price/performance ratio. They can be used as substitutes for PVA sizes. In order to promote eco-friendly sizing technology, so as to realize cleaner production and reach the goals of the“12th Five-year Plan”, the author gave some suggestions.
