摘　　要：目的探讨脱氧胆酰酪氨酸热敏凝胶剂(deoxycholyltyosine thermoreversible gel,DCT gel)对小型猪阴道黏膜的炎性细胞数量及活化状态的影响。方法将9只雌性小型猪随机分为基质对照组、壬苯醇醚胶冻剂(Nonxgnol-9gel,N-9 jelly)组和DCT gel组,肌注苯甲酸雌二醇12 d后开始阴道给药,每天1次连续给药7 d,在末次给药后24与72 h,收集阴道灌流(Cervicovaginal lavage,CVL)液,流式细胞仪计数炎性细胞和中性粒细胞数目,并对CD45+细胞进行表型分析,比较不同给药组之间的差别。结果 DCT gel组CVL液中炎性细胞、中性粒细胞数目以及CD45+细胞数目明显低于N-9 jelly组(P<0.001),与基质对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脱氧胆酰酪氨酸热敏凝胶剂(DCT gel)不会引起小型猪阴道黏膜的明显刺激,未诱导局部炎性细胞的活化,作为外用杀精剂具有一定的临床应用前景。Objective To explore the effects of deoxycholyltyosine thermoreversible gel （DCT gel） on vaginal mucosa inflammatory cells and their activation state in miniature pig. Methods Nine female pigs were divided into three groups randomly： control group, DCT gel group and N-9 jelly group. Drugs were delivered every day through vagina for 7days. Cervieovaginal lavage （CVL） fluid were coUected at 24h or 72 h after the last administration. The number of inflammatory cells and neutrophilic granulocytes, and CD45 ~ cells in CVL were detected by flow cytometry. Repeated measurement data analysis of variance were used to compare with the difference among three groups. Results The number of inflammatory cells and neutrophilic granulocytes as well as the number of CD45^＋ cells in DCT group were significantly lower than N-9 jelly group （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. However, there was no significant difference between DCT gel group and control group （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion DCT gel did not cause obvious mocosal irritation in miniature pig model, and was not likely to induce local activation of inflammatory cells, suggesting DCT gel can be a promising spermicide candidate.
