摘　　要：文化推进在新疆跨越式发展和社会的长治久安中发挥着重要的作用。"以现代文化为引领"是新疆落实中央新疆工作座谈会精神的一项重要内容,同时也是新疆在新的发展过程中的一次战略性选择。南疆地区作为新疆经济、文化、社会发展相对落后的地区,用现代文化来引领南疆地区农村文化建设是解决南疆地区农村跨越式发展和长治久安的可靠战略举措,同时也是全方位、多角度的凝聚南疆各族人民的智慧和力量,不断激发活力和创造力努力构建和实现南疆地区农民"中国梦"进程的可靠保障。Leading In Modem Culture is an important content of the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee. It is also in the new development in Xinjiang in the process of a strategic choice. Southern Xinjiang region as economic, cultural and social development of relatively backward areas, using modern culture to leading the southern border region of rural cultural construction in rural areas, to solve southern leapfrog development and long-term stability and reliable strategic initiatives. It is the whole point of the southern peoples unite the wisdom and strength, vitality and creativity continue to inspire efforts to build and implement the southern region farmers, Chinese Dream process and reliable protection.
