中国恐龙化石资源及其评价

摘　　要：综述了中国恐龙化石从地理上及地史上的分布特征,总结了恐龙化石资源的科学价值和社会经济价值。从中国各地发现的恐龙化石分布特征看来,早侏罗世以中小型的原蜥脚类(Prosauropod)恐龙为主,分布在西南地区;中侏罗世以中到大型蜥脚类(Sauropod)恐龙为主,主要分布于四川省;到晚侏罗世,蜥脚类恐龙达到鼎盛,巨型蜥脚类恐龙分布在中国大部分地区;早白垩世,以鸟脚类(Ornithopoda)及兽脚类(Theropoda)恐龙为主,分布于华中、西北、华东地区;晚白垩世,恐龙动物群分布覆盖了整个中部、东部地区。针对中国恐龙化石资源带来的科学价值及社会经济价值提出以化石发现地建立博物馆、地质公园等有深远意义的社会活动。This paper reviews the distribution characteristics of dinosaur fossils in China in terms of geography and geological history and summarizes the scientific and social economic value of the dinosaur fossil resources.According to the distribution characteristics of dinosaur fossils found all over China,small-and-middle-sized prosauropod dinosaurs,distributed in southwest China,were the principal species in early Jurassic; middle-and-big-sized sauropod dinosaurs,mainly distributed in Sichuan Province,were dominant in Middle Jurassic; giant sauropod dinosaurs were distributed in most areas of China in late Jurassic when sauropod dinosaurs reached the greatest flourishment; ornithopoda and theropod dinosaurs,distributed in Central China,Northwest China and East China,were the major ones in early Cretaceous,and dinosaur fauna were distributed in the middle and eastern parts of China in late Cretaceous.Based on the scientific and social economic value brought by the resource of Chinese dinosaur fossils,this paper presents a suggestion that social institutions of far-reaching significance such as museums and geological parks should be built at the fossil sites.
