摘　　要：文中介绍利用超声波对物体测厚的物理特性,应用在纸币清分机上,与目前大多采用的机械滚轮测钞票胶条等测厚装置相比,具有许多显著优点。不仅可检测纸币拼接的胶条,还可与图像传感器结合,对孔洞、撕裂以及某些币种的透明窗进行综合分析检测,明显提高了清分机在胶带拼接纸币检测方面的性能。This paper introduced the physical characteristics of objects by using ultrasonic thickness measurement,the application in banknotes sorter will get more advantages than most mechanical roller test notes on the adhesive tape thickness measuring device which do not have.It can not only detect glue paper splicing,with image sensor but also can be used for hole,tear and transparent window some currency analysis detection.Thus greatly improve the sorter for performance of the tape splicing notes in the detection process.
