摘  要:为了研究改性双基推进剂在Ⅱ型断裂条件下预制裂纹的扩展,得到该材料粘弹性在动静态加载过程对应力分布和裂纹扩展路径的影响,实验引入紧密剪切试件并加以改进从而符合受力要求。分别利用分离式霍普金森压杆和万能材料试验机进行应变率在1000s^(-1)和压缩速率为2mm/min的动静态力加载实验。在ABAQUS软件中建立以上两个过程的简化二维模型,利用扩展有限元法数值计算得到了两种受力情况下模型的应力场和预制裂纹的扩展过程。最后对比试验与仿真结果发现两者的相符性非常好,这也证明了该模型建立的正确性。In order to study the prefabricated crack's extension of the modified double base propellant under the condition of mode II fracture, and obtain the influence from dynamic and static loading on the stress distribution and path of crack propagation, the experiment was introduced and the Compact Shear Specimen was improved in order to satisfy the requirements of bearing. SHPB and universal material testing machine were used to carry on the dynamic experiment on the strain rate of 1000 s-1 and static experiment on compression rate of 2 mm/min. We also estab lished simplified 2D model in the software ABAQUS to simulate the process with XFEM. At last, we found that the results of experiments and simulations are matched very well. which proves the correctness of the model.
