摘  要:研究直流锅炉机组调频优化控制问题,目前大容量机组普遍采用直流锅炉,而直流锅炉蓄热能力小,一次调频过程中机组响应滞后,调频能力受到限制。为改进直流机组的一次调频优化控制策略,建立了采用激励式仿真系统的一次调频特性的仿真平台,并利用上述平台提出了针对直流机组一次调频控制策略的改进方案。通过引入燃料量、给水流量微分前馈信号以及凝结水节流措施,弥补锅炉蓄热量的不足。仿真结果表明提出的控制方案有效提高了一次调频的快速性和稳定性。改进平台为直流机组一次调频控制策略优化研究提供了可靠依据,具有一定的指导意义。Currently, once through boilers are widely used in large capacity generator units. The primary fre quency regulation capability is limited due to a small heat storage capacity of once through boiler and lagging re sponse in primary frequency regulation. To research the optimizing control strategy of once through generating unit primary frequency regulation, a simulation platform was built based on stimulative simulation system. The platform improvement control strategies were presented for primary frequency regulation. Fuel and water flow differential feed forward signal was introduced and condensate cost saving measures made up for the lack of boiler heat storage. The simulation result shows that the control strategy effectively improves the speed and stability of primary frequency. The platform provides a reliable basis for the improvement of primary frequency control strategy in once through genera ting unit. It has certain significance.
