摘 要:研究过程控制网络中的通信延迟消除问题。在大型过程控制中应用多个分散微处理机控制器完成上位机与控制器和服务器的通信过程,一旦数据流量增大,会使得过程控制信道被抢占,造成冲突或者网络风暴,造成数据流通受阻,形成延迟通信。传统的冗余服务器方法只能通过扩大物理容量解决问题,没有考虑通信中的信道特征情况,很难做到智能调度,导致通信过程中冲突加剧,抗延迟效果差。为提高效率,提出了一种OC-SVM方法的过程控制网络抗延迟通信方法。利用小波分析方法,对通信信号进行抗干扰处理,从而为抗延迟通信提供准确的数据源。利用OC-SVM方法,进行通信信道的防冲突运算,从而提高通信效率,避免通信数据传输的延迟。实验结果表明,利用改进算法进行过程控制网络的抗延迟通信,能够有效避免通信延迟。The problem of communication delay elimination in the process control network was researched. In large scale process control, the communication process of upper computer, controllers and servers can be completed by multiple distributed microprocessor controller. Once the data traffic increase, the process control channel will be preempted, resuhing in the network conflict or storm, and suffocated data circulation. It leads to the communication delay. Traditional method of redundant servers can only solve the problem by expanding the physical capacity. With out considering the channel features in the communication, it is difficult to achieve intelligent scheduling, which re sults in the increased conflict and poor effect of anti delay in communication process. In order to improve efficien cy, a anti delay communication method in process control network based on OC SVM is put forward. Using wave let analysis method, the communication signal is processed with anti interference, providing accurate data sources for communication anti delay. Then, OC SVM method is used to carry on the anti collision calculation of com munication channel to improve communication efficiency and avoid communication data transmission delay. The ex perimental results show that the improved algorithm for anti delays communication in process control network can ef fectively avoid the communication delay.
