摘　　要：为解决高庄煤矿选煤厂重介入料系统刮板磨损严重、润湿效果差、故障频发的问题,采用跌落润湿装置对原重介入料系统进行改造。介绍了该装置的结构、工作原理、技术特点及技术参数。跌落润湿装置简洁实用,占用空间小,有效实现了重介系统的顺利给料和物料的充分润湿。To solve the problems of serious wearing of scraper, poor wetting effect and frequently mal- function in feeding system of dense medium separation process, adopted drop wetting device to modify the original feeding system, and introduces the structure, working principle, technical characteristics and technical parameters of the device. The drop wetting device has features of simple and practical, few oc- cupied space and realized effectively smooth feeding and material fully wetted.
