摘　　要：针对凤凰山矿选煤厂入选原煤煤质不断恶化,X6042M筛下空气室跳汰机老化严重,处理能力和洗选效果下降等问题,将原跳汰机更新为X6033M筛下空气室跳汰机,并对机体、风阀系统及自动排料装置进行改造。改造后设备运行稳定,洗选精度及效率显著提高,事故率明显降低,达到预期的改造效果。According to the issues of the quality of feeding raw coal continually deterioration, the X6042M Jig aged seriously in Fenghuangshan coal preparation plant, caused the processing capacity and separation effect decreased, the original jig was replaced by X6033M Jig, and modified its body, air valve system and automatic discharging device. After the technology improvement, the jig is running sta- bility, the separation precision and efficiency are both significantly increased, and the accident rates is significantly lower. The technology improvement achieves the desired effect.
