摘 要:目的观察五麦党黄口服液(WMDH)对60Coγ射线照射所致小鼠主要脏器中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量、抑制羟自由基能力的影响。方法将小鼠随机分成正常对照组,辐照模型组及WMDH低、中、高剂量组。辐照模型组及WMDH低、中、高剂量组各接受1次γ射线照射,同时WMDH各剂量组用WMDH灌胃,连续7 d。处死后取肝、脾、肾和肺组织,测定SOD活力、MDA含量、抑制羟自由基能力。结果 WMDH能提高受照小鼠脏器中SOD活力,降低脏器中MDA含量,增加肝脏、肾脏和肺组织中抑制羟自由基的能力(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 WMDH能提高辐射损伤小鼠脏器组织的自由基清除能力,具有一定的抗辐射损伤作用。Objective To observe the influence of Wumaidanghuang(WMDH) Oral Liquid on the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), the content of methane dicarboxylic aldehyde (MDA) and the ability for inhibiting hydroxyl radical in ^60Co γ ray exposed mice organs. Methods The mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, i. e., the normal control, irradiation model and low, mid and high dose of WMDH Oral Liquid groups. The irradiation model group and the WMDH Oral Liquid experiment groups received once ^60Co γ radiation and at the same time the WMDH Oral Liquid experiment groups were given the WMDH Oral Liquid garage for successive 7 d after radiation. The tissues of liver, spleen, kidney and lung were obtained after being sacrificed, in which the activity of SOl), the content of MDA and the inhibition ability of hydroxyl radical were detected. Results WMDH Oral Liquid could increase the activity of SOD, decrease the MDA content and increase the scavenging capacity of free hydroxyl radicals in radiated mice organs. Conclusion WMDH oral liquid has significant antiradiation effect.
