摘　　要：简述了现有图书馆联盟服务运行系统用户信息库建设现状,指出了它存在的不足。在此基础上,对如何安全构建区域公共云图书馆服务平台用户信息库进行了研究论述,提出了区域公共云图书馆服务平台用户信息库的设计规划思路、安全实现技术和制度保障措施。This paper describes the present situation of user information database in the regional library＇s application system, points out its shortcomings. On this basis, the authors discuss how to safely construct regional public cloud library service platform of user information database, put forward the design plan, safety technology and system of safeguard measures of regional public cloud library service platform of users＇ information database
