摘　　要：分析了3G的技术特点和目前国内移动图书馆发展的现状,探讨了在资源建设、技术支持和用户服务方面构建3G时代的移动图书馆服务平台的有关问题,并展望了移动图书馆发展的趋势及面临的挑战。This article analyzes the feature of 3G technology and the current status of development in the domestic mobile library. In the aspects of resource construction, technical support and customer service, the author describes how to build mobile library service platform, and prospects the development trend of the mobile library and the challenges which mobile library may be faced.
