摘　　要：目前国内重点大学图书馆正处于由传统图书馆向现代图书馆转变的转型期,要面对建设一流大学图书馆的现实问题,要迎接一系列前所未有的挑战。"以研究带发展"能将挑战化为机遇,引领一流大学图书馆建设。At present, the university library is in the transition period from tradition library to modern library, it must be faced with the reality of onstructing high level university, and meets a series of hitherto unknown challen- ges. ＂Driving development with research＂ can transform challenges into opportunities, lead high -level university library construction.
