摘  要:田湾核电站1、2号机组一回路储罐排气净化系统,设置了两列碘吸附器,其功能为对进入储罐的一回路排气进行除碘净化后排放。系统从调试安装后,运行6年,活性炭出现了失效。由于库存活性炭已经过了有效期,且俄方国内该型号活性炭已停产,电站开展了活性炭国产化研究工作。通过确定活性炭国产化性能指标、活性炭种类筛选、加工、活性炭浸渍、配比、性能测试、改进环节,成功实现了一回路储罐排气净化系统碘吸附器活性炭的国产化替代工作。The primary circuit coolant storage tank exhaust purification system respectively has two activated charcoal adsorbers in Units 1 and 2 of Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant. Their function is to purify the exhaust gas from the primary circuit coolant and then discharged them to the atmosphere. Since commissioning, the system has been operating for six years and the activated charcoal become invalid at the sixth year. The period of validity of stock activated charcoal is up and this kind of activated charcoal has already stop production in Russia. So Tianwan nuclear power plant did research on domestic activated charcoal. The substitution of Russian activated charcoal with domestic ones has been realized successfully by means of determining performance index, screening, processing, impregnating, mixting, performance test and improving.
