摘 要:采用SRAP分子标记技术和UPGMA法对16个款冬居群进行遗传多样性和聚类分析,构建聚类树状图。结果表明,从99对SRAP引物中筛选出11对多态性稳定、清晰的引物,共扩增出121条条带,其中,79条呈现多态性,平均每对引物组合产生11个DNA位点和7.2个多态性位点;各居群间遗传相似系数变化范围为0.342~0.810。聚类分析结果显示,16份材料可以分为5个类群,遗传多样性丰富。The molecular marker technique of sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) and unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic means (UPGMA) were used to study the genetic diversity and cluster analysis of 16 samples. The experiment re- suits showed than eleven primer pairs with stable and clear diversity were selected from 99 SRAP primers. A total of 121 loci were pro- duced, 79 of which were polymorphic, the percentage of polymorphic loci was 65.3%. An average of 11 loci and 7.2 polymorphic loci were generated by each pair of primers. Genetic similarity coefficient of 16 T. farfara were changed from 0.342 to 0.810. Using cluster analysis based on the polymorphic bands amplified with SRAP, the 16 populations were classified into five groups and the genetic diversity of them was abundant.
