摘 要:对17个辣椒基因型材料进行了花药培养,分别研究了基因型、激素组合、高温预处理、接种时间对辣椒花药胚状体发生的影响。结果表明,不同基因型辣椒花药培养差异较大,其中,最易产生胚状体的是海花三号;添加合适的激素配比也可以提高辣椒花药培养效果,0.1mg/LBA+0.5mg/LNAA+1.0mg/LKT是辣椒花药胚状体诱导培养最适宜的生长调节剂组合;接种后35℃高温预处理6~10d可大大提高胚状体诱导率;2—3月接种的花药最易出现胚状体。17 genotypes of peppers were used in anther culture to study the factors affecting embryoid induction and formation. The results showed that the culture characteristics of peppers anthers among genotypes showed large variation, and genotype 'Haihua 3' was an ideal material for embryoid induction. Adding suitable concentration of hormones in MS medium increased induction rate of embryoid, the combination of BA at 0.1 mg/L and NAA at 0.5 mg/L and KT at 1.0 mg/L was suitable for induction. 6-10 d high temperature pretreatment after inoculation could increase the rate of induction. Feburary to March was ideal time for embryoid induction.
