摘　　要：劳动力市场分割会导致劳动力流动的低效,进而影响到社会经济的发展和人力资本的积累。以厦门人才市场和高级人才市场为例,利用Oaxaca-Blinder方法对调研数据进行因素分解,从而研究两个市场的分割程度;并最终通过分析计量结果,提出相应的政策建议。Labor markets segment would cause inefficiency of labor mobility, therefore brings adverse impacts to economic development and accumulation of human capital. Based on the labor market and senior labor market of Xiamen, this paper uses Oaxaca - Blinder factor decomposition method to process the achieved data, and studies the segment of both labor markets ; According to the final evaluation results, this paper also puts forward some rele- vant policy suggestions.
