摘　　要：金融业发展对现代物流业发展是否有促进作用?以计量经济分析方法作为分析手段,通过实证分析不仅具体确定了这二者之间的动态关系,而且确定了二者之间的影响方式与滞后性。通过对上述关系的深入研究,具体确定了中国金融业发展对其现代物流业发展的促进方式与途径,进而对中国现代物流业的深入发展提出了对策与建议。the development of the financial industry can have a positive effect on the development of modern lo- gistics industry Aiming at this problem, the author carried out the research. Through the empirical analyzing, the author determines the specific relation between the two things. From analyzing the models which are constructed by the author, some suggestions of how to develop the logistic in China are gave to us.
