摘 要:针对国内超高强特殊钢中厚板精整剪切设备尚属空白的问题,本文对超高强度钢、特殊钢中厚板剪切工艺的关键技术进行研究,研发出一种适应实际生产状况的剪切中厚板的切边圆盘剪。采用了高耐磨耐冲击刀具、上下刀架孔错位于机架中心线的箱体结构。对重叠量调整的装置与模型、侧向间隙调整的装置进行了详细分析。生产实践应用表明:由此设计的切边圆盘剪既可顺利对超高强度钢、特殊钢中厚板等进行切边处理,又具有结构可靠、调整方便的特点,产生了较高的经济效益。Considering the reality China has not yet the equipment for shearing super-high strength steel strips, the research on the key technology for shearing moderately-thick strips of super-high strength steel or special steel is performed. The disc shear is developed according to actual production conditions. Its shearing tool is highly wear and impact resistant. The disc shear is constructed so that the upper and lower holes in the frame are displaced from the centerline of the frame. The overlap adjustment device and model, and the lateral clear- ance adjustment device are analyzed in detail. Industrial application shows that the disc shear can trim effective- ly moderately-thick strips of super-high strength steel and special steel. The disc shear features robust structure, easy adjustment and high cost effectiveness.
