肛滴平喘汤对COPD模型大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-8和VEGF的影响

摘　　要：目的观察肛滴平喘汤对慢性阻塞性肺病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)急性发作模型大鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素-8(IL-8)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响,为肛滴平喘汤的临床应用提供实验依据。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、泼尼松组、肛滴平喘汤高剂量组、肛滴平喘汤中剂量组、肛滴平喘汤低剂量组,每组10只,采用熏香烟加气管注射脂多糖法复制COPD急性发作大鼠模型,ELISA法测定大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-8、VEGF的含量。结果治疗后,与模型组比较,泼尼松组、肛滴平喘汤高剂量组、中剂量组大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-8降低(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05),泼尼松组、高剂量组、中剂量组大鼠血清中VEGF升高(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05),以肛滴平喘汤高剂量组最为显著。结论肛滴平喘汤可以显著降低慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作模型大鼠的致病炎性因子TNF-α、IL-8水平,显著提高血管重塑因子VEGF水平,有效缓解肺部炎症,减轻慢性阻塞性肺病的症状体征。Objective To observe the anus drip Pingchuan decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD） of serum tumor necrosis factor alpha in a rat model of acute seizures （TNF-α） , interleukin-8 （IL-8） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） effect, and to provide experimental basis for clinical application of anus drip Pingehuan decoction. Methods 60 SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, prednisone group, anus dropping Pingchuan decoction high dose group, anus dropping Pingchuan decoction middle close group, anus dropping Pingehuan decoction low dose group, 10 rats in each group, passive cigarette smoking and intratracheal injection of lipopolysaecharide COPD rat model was established by acute attack, content determination of serum TNF-α, IL-8, VEGF ELISA method. Results After treatment, compared with model group, positive group, decreased anal drip Pingchuan decoction high dose group, middle dose group rats serum TNF-α, IL-8 （P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ） , increased VEGF positive group, high dose group, middle dose group in serum of rats （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 , P 〈 0. 05 ） , in order to anal drops of Pingchuan decoction high dose groups. Conclusion Anus drip Pingchuan decoction can significantly reduce pathogenic inflammatory factor TNF-α, IL-8 level in rat model of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and increased vascular remodeling factor VEGF level, effectively alleviate the lung inflammation, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease reduction.
