观察肛肠病围手术期益气行气活血法的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨肛肠病围手术期中使用益气行气活血法治疗的疗效。方法选取65例肛肠良性疾病住院手术患者,随机分为试验组34例,对照组31例。两组围手术期均采用快速康复流程,且试验组术后应用益气行气活血法中药治疗,对比两组的首次排气、排便时间,疼痛程度,及手术前后的CRP值。结果两组患者首次排气时间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。试验组患者首次排便时间早于对照组,且术后第5天两组比较,疼痛程度及CRP值试验组均低于对照组,P<0.05,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论益气行气活血法作用于手术后期,对于术后主要症状有缓解作用,并可促进术后损伤恢复。Objective To investigate the curative effect of anorectal use Qi and activating blood treatment and underwent operation in the period of. Methods 65 cases of benign anorectal diseases hospital operation patients, randomly divided into experimental group 34 cases, control group 31 cases. The two groups during the operation period with rapid recovery process, and the test group after application of Qi and Activating Blood Herbs in the treatment of Yiqi, compared two groups of the first exhaust and defecate time, pain degree, and CRP value before and after operation. Results there was no significant difference between the two groups were first exhaust time （P＆gt; 0.05）. The test group was the first defecation time earlier than the control group, and after fifth more days of two group, pain degree and CRP value of the test group were lower than those in the control group, P＆lt; 0. 05, the test group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Yiqi flow of Qi and blood in operation period, the main symptoms after remission function, and can promote the postoperative recovery.
