摘　　要：慢性鼻窦炎(Chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS)是耳鼻咽喉科的常见病,多发病,属难治病之一,临床以流脓涕、鼻塞、头痛为主要症状,部分患者可出现精神不振,记忆力减退,注意力不集中,具有病程长、反复发作、不易根治等特点,严重影响其工作和生活。该病临床治疗机理的研究已经比较广泛,本文对中药及针灸治疗慢性鼻窦炎的机理进行总结、分析,以期提高临床综合疗效。Chronic rhinosinusitis was a kind of common otolaryngologist disease with high incident rate which was hard to be cured. The main clinic symptoms included sticky running nose, nasal obstruction and headache. Some patients might have lassitude, memory loss and inattention. Chronic rhino sinusitis could disturb the ordinary working and life of the patients with long course, repeated onset and low recovery rate. There were lots of therapeutic meehanism researches about chronic rhino sinusitis. This paper was a brief review of the studies of the therapeutic mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuneture-moxibustion on chronic rhinosinusitis in order to improve the comprehensive clinic therapeutic effect.
