摘  要:为开发梅岭地区大型真菌资源,研究梅岭高校园区大型真菌资源多样性,采用孢子弹射分离法和组织分离法分离菌种,按Ainsworh分类系统进行分类。共采集到野生大型真菌标本115个,整理鉴定出77种大型真菌,隶属于担子菌亚门层菌纲和腹菌纲,共5目22科44属,其中食用菌31种,木腐菌16种,药用菌9种,毒菌17种和菌根菌4种,发现江西省新记录9种;不同植物群落中大型真菌的物种多样性有所差异,优势类群为口蘑科和多孔菌科;获得52种大型真菌的纯培养物,初步建立了一个校园大型真菌的菌种库。This paper was designed to study and develop the macrofungi resources and resource diversity on campus of Meiling Mountain. The study used spore ejection and microstructures observation methods to isolate the species and then classified them with Ainsworh classification system. 115 wild macrofungi species were collected, of which 77 species were identified as Hymenomycetes and Gasteromycetes of Basidiomycotina, belonging to 5 orders, 22 families and 44 genus. of 77 species, there were 31 edible fungi, 16 wood-rot fungi, 9 medicinal fungi, 17 poisonous mushrooms and 4 mycorrhizal fungi. And 9 species were recorded for the first time in Jiangxi Province. The macrofungi species diversity in different plant community varied, and the dominant groups were Polyporaceae and Tricholomataceae. Finally, 52 pure cultures were obtained, thus a strain library on campus of Meiling Mountain were initially established.
