摘 要:主要用正硅酸乙酯与不同硅烷偶联剂及其它化学试剂按一定的比例混合,得到新型的有机硅复配石材保护液。用圆型纸片法研究了复配液抗菌效果。用数量陶瓷砖抗折试验机测定了石材保护液处理后的石材的抗折强度,研究结果表明:有机硅复配液对青霉和黑霉的效果都很好,抑菌圈的面积分别为1.80×10-3m2和1.38×10-3m2。最大抗折力为5 441.80 N,比未处理石材强度增加了10倍以上。The new protecting liquids of stone were prepared from tetraethyl thosilicate, different silane coupling agent and other chemical reagent mixed. The antimicrobial activities of mixed liquids were studied with microbiological - paper test. The modulus of rupture of stone was treated with protecting liquids were tested with quantity ceramics rupture testing machine. The results showed the mixed liquid had good effects to Penicillium and Blackberry. The inhibitory zone area of Penicillium was 1.80 × 10 -3 m2 and Blackberry was 1.38 × 10 -3 m2. The best rupture strength was 5 441.80 N. There were about 10 times better than untreated stone.
