摘 要:本研究以久仰香猪(♂)×纯种野猪(♀)的杂交后代FJY(♂)为父本,纯种野猪(♂)×苏太猪(♀)的杂交后代FYS(♀)为母本生产商品特种野猪FJYYS,测定生长育肥及屠宰性能,分析特种野猪FJYYS生产的杂交配套组合效应。结果表明:商品特种野猪FJYYS的育肥性状料重比和日增重分别为3.51∶1和412.56 g,较纯种野猪的4.52∶1和289.59 g优良,胴体性状屠宰率、瘦肉率和背膘厚分别为70.28%、53.44%和2.35 cm,肉色和大理石纹评分分别为3.45和3.25,pH 1和pH 24分别为6.32和5.46。可见通过苏太猪和久仰香猪与野猪杂交配套生产的商品特种野猪,育肥性能、胴体性状及肉质均表现优良,组合效应良好。Currently, the commercial strain wild boar FJYYS was selected as the experimental material, which was bred from Jiuyang Xiang pig × purebred wild pig ( ♂ ) and Sutai pig x purebred wild pig ( ♀ ) , and the cross combination effect was evaluated by the fattening traits and slaughtering performance. The results showed that the average feed conversion ratio and daily gain was 3.51:1 and 412.56 g, respectively, which were higher than that (4.52:1 and 289.59 g, respectively) of pured wild boar. The carcass traits were better, and dressing percentage, carcass lean percentage and back fat thickness were 70.28% , 53.44% and 2.35 cm, respectively. The score of color and marbling were 3.45 and 3.25, respectively, and the value of pill and pH 24 were 6.32 and 5.46, respectively. Therefore, the commercial strain wild boar demonstrated superior quality of meat.
