摘  要:介绍了对象燃气轮机的结构、状态监测系统,并在MATLAB软件仿真平台上开发了基于监测参数的燃机性能计算程序,发现随着机组工作时间的累积,燃气轮机压气机效率有着明显的降级。为了科学有效地评价降级,将工程管理中的控制图法运用到压气机性能的评价工作中,分析了机组某次停机水洗前后的性能变化。以压气机效率为控制图特征值,发现水洗前压气机效率处于"失控状态",水洗后压气机效率重新回到"受控状态"。结果表明:控制图法可以反映燃气轮机运行过程中的性能变化情况,依据控制图法判断机组工作过程是否异常,可为燃气轮机的维护工作提供帮助。The structure and monitoring system of the gas turbine is described. Based on this operating data of each part of gas turbine, a model to calculate gas turbine's performance is established in MATLAB Platform.According to result, efficiency of gas turbine compressor degraded largely as working time accumulates.In order to evaluate efficiency downgrade scientifically, Shewhart Control Chart is applied to compressor performance evaluation. An analysis on how the performance of compressor changes up to washing. Compressor efficiency is used as characteristic value in control charts, it is "out of control" before washing and back "in control"after washing. The results showed that: control chart can reflect the changes of gas turbine performance; control chart determines the unit's working condition and provides help for gas turbine maintenance.
