摘　　要：某船在坞修后的航行试验过程中,主机新换的针阀偶件发生了批量卡滞的故障。通过对发生卡滞的针阀偶件进行几何尺寸、表面硬度测量,并对偶件做金相分析及测量分析,查明了针阀偶件的卡滞原因,避免了类似问题的再次发生。During sea trial of one ship after docking repain the catching deJaults occur in a batch of newly changed needle valve couple parts. By taking a series of measuring and analysis work, such as measuring dimensions and surface hardness, metallographic analysis, the causes of catching of the couple parts are found out to avoid the appearance of similar problems.
