芦笋种子发芽率、发芽势测定及多胚现象观察

摘　　要：对芦笋品种JK701的新种子进行了发芽率和发芽势测定试验。发现芦笋种子发芽数呈现先快速上升然后缓慢下降的变化规律，发芽高峰时段为开始发芽后4～6d。确定了发芽势和发芽率的统计时间分别为6d和18d，以此标准计算得到发芽率为91．23％，发芽势为74．27％。同时发现了芦笋种子的多胚现象，多胚发生率为0．87％。The tests for the germination rate and germination potential of new seeds of Asparagus officinalis L. variety JK701 were conducted. It was found that the number of germinative seeds increased rapidly at first and then decreased slowly during the whole germination, and the germinative peak period was from the fourth day to the sixth day after the beginning of germination. It was ascertained that the statistical time for the germination potential and germination rate was 6 d and 18 d respectively. Based on these, the germination rate and germination potential of JKT01 seeds were calculated, and they were 91.23% and 74, 27% , sepa- rately. Meanwhile, the polyembryony of JK701 seeds was found, and the occurrence rate of their polyembryonic seedlings reached 0.87%.
